Extravasation
Vincristine/Vinblastine: STOP	Draw Back Warm compress – 1 hour four times a day for 3-5 days Hyaluronidase – 15-1500 units in 6 ml 0.9% NaCl, 6 clockwise injections around site using 25g needle, changing needle each time
Doxorubicin: STOP	Cold compress Topical DMSO Dexrazoxane 10 x the dose of dox IV. Administer within 3 hours, repeat at 24 and 48 hours
